Option 1 (yourself):

  1. Access any other system with Internet
  2. Use webmail to login to official email account
  3. Raise ticket via email


Option 2 (by help from others):

  1. Ask your colleague / Team Lead / neighbour to raise a ticket on your behalf.
  2. Please make sure to include the Name & Surname of the person who is facing issue.
  3. Example of such ticket email:
