Option 1 (yourself):
- Access any other system with Internet
- Use webmail to login to official email account
- Raise ticket via email
Option 2 (by help from others):
- Ask your colleague / Team Lead / neighbour to raise a ticket on your behalf.
- Please make sure to include the Name & Surname of the person who is facing issue.
- Example of such ticket email:
FROM: milap.p@upsquare.in
CC: vishal.p@upsquare.in
Subject: [High] Request to fix Internet access issue
Message:
Hi,
I am raising this ticket on behalf of Vishal Parmar.
He cannot access Internet from his computer.
Please help.
