You will get an update on the raised ticket via a variety of ways:


  1. You will experience the fix or change in action on your Hardware/Software !
  2. Through the portal, after you log in, you can click your specific ticket to get an update provided the IT Support Team has updated the ticket
  3. When the IT Support Team provides an update, you also receive an Email via Freshdesk's ticket response system 
  4. Through email, when ticket status is changed to Resolved/Closed by Support Team
