You will get an update on the raised ticket via a variety of ways:
- You will experience the fix or change in action on your Hardware/Software !
- Through the portal, after you log in, you can click your specific ticket to get an update provided the IT Support Team has updated the ticket
- When the IT Support Team provides an update, you also receive an Email via Freshdesk's ticket response system
- Through email, when ticket status is changed to Resolved/Closed by Support Team
