The following types of requests can be raised on the Upsquare IT Support Portal:
- Computer Hardware
- Software
- Network Issues
- Mobile or Tablet Device Configuration
- Formatting / Resetting the device(s)
- Installation
- Backup Request
Apart from that, you can raise any New hardware purchase request as well which needs to be authorized and approved by your reporting manager. Please clearly mention reasons and benefit to the business to avoid back and forth.

- Any kind of request such as HR, Accounts, or general Admin (AC issues) related tickets will NOT be attended.
