If you are using Windows computer:
- Check the Ethernet cable (like below) connected to CPU cabinet.
- Detach gently and re-attach to the port socket.
- Open Settings.
- Click on Network & Security.
- Click on Status.
- Quick Tip: You can also quickly access these settings by right-clicking the network icon in the taskbar and selecting the Network & Internet settings option.
- Click on Change adapter options.
- Right-click the network adapter, and select the Disable option.
- Wait for 2 minutes and then right-click the same network adapter, and select the Enable option.
If it still does not work, please raise a ticket.
If you are using Mac computer:
Please make sure that you are connected via Wi-Fi or Eathernet and not both. To do so, please follow:
On your Mac, choose Apple menu
> System Preferences, then click Network.
Select a service, such as Ethernet or Wi-Fi, in the list on the left.
If you see both Wi-Fi & Eathernet as enabled and connected, please select one of them.
Click
below of the list of services, then choose Make Service Inactive.
Click Apply.
At this point, only one service should be active and Connected state.
Try to access internet. In case it does not work, switch from Wi-Fi to Eathernet or Eathernet to Wi-Fi as per earlier situation. And check.
